Welcome to Flora Guest House! Before proceeding with your booking, please carefully read our terms and conditions. These rules are designed to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for both our guests and our staff. Please refer to the full internal regulations of the property.

1. Bookings and Prices

Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or via other authorized booking platforms. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with all the details related to your stay.
Prices are indicated per room, per night, excluding any applicable tourist tax.

2. Payments

To confirm your booking, an advance payment is required, which can be made by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. The remaining balance must be paid upon check-in.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation: you can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival for all bookings with a flexible rate, therefore excluding non-refundable bookings.
  If you cancel up to 7 days before arrival, you will be charged 0% of the total cost.
  If you cancel up to 5 days before arrival, you will be charged 50% of the total cost.
  

  If you cancel up to 2 days before arrival, you will be charged 100% of the total cost.

• No-show: In case of no arrival without notice, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

4. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in (including self check-in) is available from 3:00 p.m., upon presentation or submission of a valid ID document.
Check-out (including self check-out) must be completed by 10:00 a.m.
Our staff will inspect the room and report any damages caused during the stay, indicating the estimated reimbursement amount.

5. Use of Rooms

Rooms are intended exclusively for tourist use. Every guest is required to respect the internal regulations and not disturb other guests.

6. Behavior Rules

Access to the property and rooms is reserved exclusively for registered guests. Hosting unregistered persons without authorization is prohibited.
Children under 3 years of age are not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property, including balconies.
Pets are not allowed.

7. Guest Responsibility

Any damages or malfunctions found in the room must be reported within 1 hour of check-in, also by phone, message, or email. Without notification, any damages may be charged to the guests.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data collected at the time of booking will be processed in compliance with current privacy regulations. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Flora Guest House reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the date of publication on the website. We therefore invite you to periodically check this page.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of the contract, the exclusive jurisdiction will be the Court of Rome.
